Different games overall, so I think they're a little hard to compare.
Anyway, despite the fact that 40k is a large scale combat game and Warmachine is much more of a skrimish game, I think that Warmachine is a much more strategic, tactical game. Considering that is why I play wargames, I prefer it. |

I would have to say Warhammer40k is better though i haven't played WarMachine i believe that 40k has alot of different things to play around with EX:the
upgrades, the models look, your own paint scheme etc. Like i said i dont know much about warmachine and im not sure if it has those things or not, but i do
think the concept of the world of 40k is very amazing and it is one of the best.

warmachine has almost all of those with the addition of faster gameplay, actual strategy, Intuitive and comprehensive rules, and a lower overall cost.
